Job Description

The Position

Directly responsible for establishing the long-term strategic plans, goals and priorities for the sales team to achieve the budget objectives. Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Support and develop country business plan including annual budget and costs. Supports the implementation of marketing plans. Leads the sales team to maximize sales and profit achievement. Responsible for the team's knowledge of product portfolios Implements the necessary commercial activities to meet the related strategic KPIs of assigned products Collaborates with the sales teams on the negotiation and approaches, guaranteeing compliance with strategy and positioning Monitor sales trends, promotional schedule, and competitive information. Cooperate with the DC regional supply chain team to ensure a high level forecast accuracy by providing the right input in terms of local market demand Identify and address performance gaps and skill depreciation of team members and create contingency developmental plans to maintain a high performance team. Review financial data, sales statistics and other performance data to determine if targets are being met and identify areas for improvement. Aligned policies and organization initiatives with the business strategy. Maintain an up-to-date awareness on all external activities affecting the organization. Represent Diabetes Care with the Roche Pharma and Diagnostics management teams in the local organization to ensure a streamlined approached is achieved towards patients, business partners and customers

Background and qualification : Degree in Commercial or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in commercial and Sales Leadership Agilité Fluency in French and English
