Customer Hub Representative

Job Description

Our client owns and operates shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in 13 countries. They are looking for an experienced Customer Hub Representative for a 12-month contract with native or bilingual Arabic /English speaking skills.Responsibilities

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Providing customers with the organizations service and product information.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Following up complicated customer calls where required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Complete the interaction summary for each call on the system with full details.
  • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments if needed
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Take ownership of each escalation.
  • Create a Sales Lead for each sales call received.
Job Type: Contract
