Job Title : PRO with Custom Clearance Experience in Hamriyah Free Zone MUST Age : NO MATTERS Nationality: ANY Gender : Male Qualification: BECHLOR DEGREE Experience: ABOVE 2 YRS IN PRO with Custom Clearance in hamriyah Salary : depend on experience Benefits : Air ticket after 30 Months (other benefits as per UAE law) Job Location: HAMRIYAH FREE ZONE Office working day: 6 Office working hours 9 HRS Driving License : MUST Candidates based UAE JOB PROFILE Summary: Responsible in the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the Hamriyah Free zone Authority, including but not limited to visit visas, employment, Dependent or Residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits and others from. Arrange medical tests, passports and fine resolutions if applicable.. Maintain and update database of all passports, residence visas and employees and company legal documents.. Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times Assist HR (@ Main Office) department in hiring & following up with the selected candidates Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company's legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date (Trade license, chamber membership, Production approval, Importer code etc..) Renew and maintain all company's leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments etc.. Company accommodation maintenances, Labors bed space allocation and Tenancy documentation. Preparing Delivery advice and Invoice for Free Zone Import-Export & Transfer Bill of Entries. Co-coordinating with the transporters. Preparing and updating production list for the fabrication items. Preparing IN/OUT Gate pass Free zone Bill of entry stock maintaining. Followup with Deposits @ Customs & Visa departments. Processing the documents in Chamber of Commerce. Followup the status of shipment with shipping line. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
