Responsibilities:

Supervising the quality of customer service and maintaining a high level of service; Handling suggestions and requests from the clients as well as solving any arising questions of the residents, settlement of conflict situations Assisting in the analysis and planning of the co-working space; Conducting showings and presentations of services; Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the sales plan and loading of the co-working space; Control of payment of bills by the residents of the co-working space; Management of administrative and economic activities; Monitoring the implementation of corporate standards (cleaning, technical and administrative staff); Drawing up and control of the fulfillment of forecasts and reports: changes in the client base, financial indicators; Finding opportunities for the development of the co-working space and their implementation; Timely transfer of relevant information to top management in each area; Creating and controlling the work schedules of the administrators; Creating a favorable image and atmosphere at the site Requirements:

Experience working in a co-working space as a manager; Higher education, fluent English (Please don't apply for a position with English less than C1) Fluent Russian ( is very important) At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources management; Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment; Good speaking skills, business communication skills; Friendliness, communication skills, resistance to stress, responsiveness to clients.
