Job Description

Responsible for managing the sales and operations in the UAE. Securing new customers accounts, handle customers enquiries in a timely manner through a commercial approach: visiting customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports & advising customers, managing operations with the Operations Team, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, ensuring payment of customers in due time, responsible for P&L. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.

• Meet and exceed targets set in for the company in terms of sales and operations.

• Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.

• Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the CRM.

• Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

• Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller.

• 70% dedicated to Business Development, Operations and Customer Service; 30% dedicated to Management of the company (Strategy, Finance, HR).

Requirements
Job Specifications:

• Master's degree from a top Business School

• 10 years of experience in the Transport / Logistics Industry (Sea/Air/Land/Warehousing and Clearance) is must, with experience in the UAE

• Fluent in English and French, Arabic is a plus

• UAE Driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
