Responsibilities: A degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in construction of major Oil & Gas Projects in the similar capacity. Must be familiar with international codes and standard applied during EPC phase of the project. He / She shall have handled EPC Contractor and deliverables produced by them. In addition, he shall be able to interpret Owner's specifications and standard intended for the project and direct EPC Contractor accordingly. His Particular experience in the project done in Middle East will be added qualification for the work. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalent project related experience. Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry with at least 4 years in a construction Supervision role. Good appreciation of quality management, materials control and contractual issues. Able to understand and review engineering / construction drawings. Able to develop good working relationships at all levels from field to management Able to demonstrate a track record of success. Possess high level of oral and written English language skills
