- Define commercial strategies according to company/brand goals aiming at accelerating value growth - Identify new opportunities and developing new customer relationships, creating business proposals - Lead on managing customer relationships at Top executive level - Set financial targets and budgets across channels, customers & brands, ensure compliance to Budget & take appropriate corrective actions thru regular tracking & gap vs Plan - Ensure Revenue Growth is imbedded in the business processes and ways of working, and support the RG team in implementing the agreed RG initiatives around the defined levers relative to Pricing, Trade Terms, Promotion Effectiveness & Mix. - Ensure that the adequate Route to market is in place, leveraging all the existing and new channels, and adjust the sales force effort/priorities & financial resources accordingly - Manage and develop team: lead the business development, sales and customer service teams. Keep their employees on a path toward long-term goals and boost morale, in addition to fostering talent and encouraging employee retention.
