Job description

As a part of the accounting team, the candidate will be responsible but not limited to:
Manage day-to-day operations and be a real partner of operational teams
AP/AR entries whenever necessary
Participate in month-end and year-end closure process.
Monthly reconciliation of account balances and bank statements.
Maintain general ledger and prepare month-end procedures.
Control, allocate and reconcile accounts payables and receivables.
Daily cash flow preparation.
Salary check and processing.
Participate in creating of payment schedule with further payments to suppliers.
Control, allocate and post petty cash notes.
Monthly reconciliation of group balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations between group companies.
Post and maintain fixed assets list. Control depreciation account.
Prepayment account monthly reconciliation.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment terms and other issues.
Be a guardian of the company's policy.
Liaise with company insurance.
Liaise with Financial Controller to improve financial procedures.
Support month-end and year-end closure process.
Prepare and submit VAT return.
Lead an annual audit.

7 years
