Job Description

EXECUTIVE/HEAD CHEF Should have minimum 10 TO 12 years' experience working in a central kitchen with full knowledge and command over all areas Including costing, setting menu, food pricing, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The executive chef plans the day's menu and ensures food costs remain within budget. They assign responsibilities for pieces of meal preparation and monitor quality of food leaving the kitchen. The executive chef also assists with food preparation alongside the staff. SOUS CHEF: Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience working in a central kitchen Expert in cooking South Indian (KERALA), North Indian dishes, Chinese (Breakfast items, lunch and dinner) Should have expertise of cooking in bulk and also have expertise over presentation of food, garnishing and food safety Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 to AED2,000.00 /month Experience:

  • working in the gulf region: 3 years (Required)
  • Line Cook working in central kitchen: 3 years (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
