Business Development Officer / Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Can achieve targets.
  • Target oriented.
  • Prepare a weekly report for the Head of Homecare on requirements for the business
  • Prepare a weekly plan and de-brief (previous week) detailing all business development activities
  • Understand and identify new business and markets to enter on behalf of the business
  • Understand new ways to enter the homecare/healthcare within Dubai
  • Understand the industry and its competitors
  • Prepare presentations and work with the marketing team to outline requirements
  • Negotiate contracts with Clients and ensure deals are closed on behalf of the business
  • Receive KPIs from the Head of Homecare and monitor to ensure they are being met
  • Prepare the competitor analysis report and provide it to the Head of Homecare monthly
  • Resolve any customer complaints on behalf of the business
  • Ensure the Client Care Team is responding to queries within the correct timeframe
  • Monitor the lead conversion rate weekly - Lead generates for new business and converts to contract.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Plan new marketing initiatives in conjunction with Company's marketing team.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events when required.
  • Develop quotes and submission of proposals for clients.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 2 of 2
  • Approach appropriate groups and build partnerships
  • Respond to inquiries on social media
  • Update social media as per the plan
  • Can do attitude.
You should be aware of:
  • Home care Experience is a Must.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
  • The importance of communication within your team including nurses and drivers and ensuring that all clients are always supported
  • Follow-ups on the service delivery.
  • Sharing the best practice for building a good office environment. There are broad targets in this which will be measured through KPIs which your success will be measured:
  • All inquiries are followed up and responded to within the agreed timescales as per policy (measured by reports)
  • Conversion rates (measured by reports)
  • Customer satisfaction (measured by survey results)
  • On-time reporting (measured by reports)
  • Relationships with nursing/drivers' team (measured by feedback from teams)
  • Revenue per month based on Business Development activities (reports)
  • Customer complaints resolution.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED130,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
