Our Client is a Home Nursing Company is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Purpose of the role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring the company's continuity by researching new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and growing the company's network. Overseeing office staff and nurses are conducting professional work ethic.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
  • Prospect potential clients for growth.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients current and possible needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing activity.
  • Handle objections by simplifying, highlighting agreements, and working through differences to a positive outcome.
  • To promote and safeguard the well-being and interest of all existing and potential customers and a team of nurses.
  • To be updated in knowledge in ambulatory patient care and to ensure the same for the team of nurses.
  • To drive recruitment and training for new DHA licensed nurses
  • To ensure professional ethics across
  • To maintain patient and nurse records according to expected and acceptable standards.
  • To conduct self and the team of nurses professionally, as per the standard and framework provided by the organization and DHA
  • Client Retention
  • Present new products and services and improve existing connections.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Work with Arcadia staff to meet if not exceed customer needs.
  • Business Development Planning
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will drive an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique business proposals and differentiators.
  • Management and Research
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM.
  • Forecast sales targets.
  • Track and report activity on accounts and help to seal agreements to meet these targets.
  • Consistently improve the company's services by living to its values.
  • To demonstrate confidentiality
Requirement:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in Business Development role.
  • With a strong background in Healthcare, Home Care Industry, or Insurance Claims Industry, business challenges, opportunities, and policies.
  • Great sales skills
  • Planning and strategy skills
  • Negotiating and project management skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Combination of strong and strategic marketing and sales analysis
  • Creative thinker and able to recognize new opportunities
  • Values honesty and integrity
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in technology, service development, and data
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Valid UAE Driving License and Car.
