We are seeking a skilled and experienced ARC and MIG Welder for immediate joining. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks on a variety of materials, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform ARC and MIG welding on various materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan welding operations. Set up welding equipment, including adjusting settings and selecting appropriate tools. Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and durability. Maintain and clean welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Collaborate with the fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and industry standards during all welding activities. Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as needed. Operate grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment when required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in ARC and MIG welding. Certification in welding is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and tools. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Welding certification is an advantage.
