- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to provide accurate production forecasts.
- Draw farmers\' attention to the major issues and help them to mitigate impact through Good Agriculture Practices.
- Nutrition and fertilization plan, Water balance, Climate control (optimizing energy/water/production)
- Conduct regular farm visits to ensure volumes and quality.
- Provide training sessions for farmers/farm workers to uplift awareness and knowledge.
