Job Description

Our client is a business consulting company based in UAE, a leading organization dealing with mystery shopping, customer service, food safety inspection, and training. Partnered, assisted and trained some of the best known brands in hospitality, retail, supermarkets, banks, schools, and government in the MENA and GCC regions. Requirements:

  • Total 2 years of experience in which minimum 1 year work experience should be in in UAE.
  • Experience in handling tasks within the Accounting department.
  • Collection experience is must
  • Experience as an Admin Assistant or in a related field
  • Strong personality and communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Smart, proactive and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
  • Performing general office admin duties
  • Data entry, and provide assistance in the Accounting department
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Provide assistance in processing travel visas

Experience:
