Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. As Account Manager, the role holder shall act as one-point contact for communication and coordination between Client and Internal teams. He/she shall be the primary objective of the position, ensuring smooth transition of services from the company to client as per the contract. The role would also include farming of new business opportunities with existing client base and new leads. Client servicing:

• Attend to all incoming inquiries through all platforms (WhatsApp, website, social media, and phone calls) and provide in-depth information as per the requirements.
• Reach out to potential leads to offer Nathan & Nathan services.
• Maintain a tracker to record all the sales calls and enquiries.
• Act as a point of contact at the preliminary stage for all client queries and requirements
• Manage all client expectations and ensure smooth coordination with client representative
• Coordinate in the preparation of quotations for all clients
• Drafting Agreements when required and close deals to maximize profit
• Onboarding all the clients
• Prerequisite checklist management
• Collection of Documents from client's candidates
• Coordinate with PRO on the status of visa/labor card applications
• Liaison with PRO team on visa processing as per client requirements and according to the TAT
• Provide Client point of contact with Employee Shared Services - point of contact
• Ensure that all clients are invoiced for the service by liaising with Accounts department
• Create process flows and ensure that they are regularly updated
• Actively generate new leads for existing Business Lines
• Reach out to existing clients to identify any new requirements
• Provide insight and input within cross-functional teams for new or changing products and services which may impact their clients, including Visa rules.
• Partner with assigned Account Executives to identify additional business opportunities.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
